From rough idea to working thing.

Custom web apps, internal tools, dashboards and the systems behind them, built to fit the way you actually work.

Concrete steps rising to a landing, with a rectangle of fluoro-yellow light on the wall like a screen.

Sometimes the right answer is an app that doesn’t exist yet: a system to run bookings and staff, a live dashboard for the shop floor, or a portal that replaces a tangle of spreadsheets.

We take ideas like these from a rough outline to something that works, starting small, building in stages, and leaving everything documented so you’re never dependent on one person.

What it covers

What’s included.

  • 01Web apps and customer portalsSecure, fast and usable on any device.
  • 02Internal tools and management systemsFor bookings, jobs, staff, stock and records.
  • 03Live data and dashboardsPrices, performance and status, updating on their own.
  • 04In-store and kiosk systemsPrice boards, feedback kiosks and screens for the counter.
  • 05Installable web apps (PWAs)That work like phone apps without app-store friction.
  • 06Integrations and APIsSo your new system talks to the tools you already use.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01Scope

Define the smallest version that would be genuinely useful.

  2. 02Build in stages

Working software early, so you can see it and steer it.

  3. 03Test with real users

The people who will use it every day, not just the people who asked for it.

  4. 04Hand over

Documentation, access and training, plus support if you want it.

  • Your spreadsheets have outgrown the job.
  • Off-the-shelf software almost fits, but not quite.
  • You want to test an idea properly without betting everything on it.
  • You need something staff can use without a manual.

Questions

Common questions.

Should we build something custom or buy off the shelf?

Often off the shelf is the right answer, and we’ll tell you if it is. Custom makes sense when your process is a genuine advantage, or when nothing on the market fits.

Who owns what you build?

Ownership is agreed up front. Usually it’s yours, along with the documentation and access you need to run it.

Can we start small?

Yes, and we recommend it. A first useful version gets real feedback quickly and keeps the risk low.

What happens after launch?

You can take it from there with the documentation, or we can keep looking after it, on whatever basis suits you.
