All services / Technical advice

A second opinion you can trust.

Independent, plain-English advice on technology decisions: plans, quotes, suppliers and the systems you already have.

Two massive concrete walls almost meeting, with a narrow slit of fluoro-yellow light between them.

Technology decisions are often made in a hurry, by people who would rather not be making them. A big quote arrives, a supplier recommends a platform, a system nobody understands needs replacing.

We give you an independent view, in plain English. We’re not selling you a platform or a product, so the advice is about what’s right for you, including when the answer is “you don’t need this”.

Questions

Common questions.

Are you tied to any suppliers?

No. We’re independent, so our recommendations aren’t tied to selling a particular platform or product.

What do we actually get?

Usually a conversation, a look at the details, then a short written summary with options and a clear recommendation.

Can we ask a small, one-off question?

Yes. Not everything needs a project; sometimes a quick second opinion is all you need.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, if you need one. Your information is handled carefully either way.
